COVID-19 Heath & Safety requirements with Reset Equine
🦠Covid 19 Duty of care for Clients at Bookings🦠
As a business in Australia, I am still required to follow Covid19 Specific Work Safe Laws, as of 2022, that "ensure the work of your business or undertaking does not put the health and safety of workers and other persons in your workplace such as customers, clients and visitors at risk of contracting COVID-19."
*Please note, that I will be wearing a mask for the entire duration of all bookings.
If you have not been around others with covid, are not testing positive, & are not showing any symptoms of illness, I am comfortable with you not wearing a mask unless I feel that the risk has changed.
I will ask you to wear one if necessary, if you are symptomatic (unwell at all) or we need to work in some very close areas.
If required - Fans will be in use, even outdoors to increase airflow if required.

If you are unwell at all, (even if you have already experienced a covid 19 infection in the last 4 weeks), please contact me and I will happily reschedule, credit your booking, or organise how I can possible work on the horse without you around - if this is suitable.

We will aim to work in a place that is as well ventilated and breezy as possible - This will maintain the air quality and reduce any potential transmission between us.

So I ask that you please commit to the below:
1. Agree to notify Nancy immediately to allow for reschedule (or refund), prior to my appointment if you have a positive diagnosis for Covid 19 (either a PCR, or RAT), have any symptoms relating to Covid 19, influenza, any virus, or cold illness type symptoms. ie. coughing, sneezing, congestion.
2. Agree to notify Nancy immediately to allow for reschedule, refund, or reorganisation (ie. Nancy works on the previously known horse alone, or at a distance) prior to your appointment if any of your household members have a positive diagnosis for Covid 19.
3. Agree to wearing the appropriate type of respirator mask if asked to by Nancy, correctly throughout the entire duration of my booking (this does not apply to ridden, coaching sessions, or some classes). You will be provided with one.
